All Products are subject to availability. Once an order is placed you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your order. Once an order is placed we are unable to modify or cancel the original  order. All claims or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Exchanged Merchandise must be in its original condition and not worn or altered. Please note Shipping and Handling charges are nonrefundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return. All Sale and reduced price items are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges

Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders within the domestic US will be shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). All orders have a processing time of one to two business days if the merchandise is in stock. All Cast of Vices merchandise is made by hand in los angeles, if a product is out of stock it could take up to two weeks for delivery. The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order.
